The Most Important Decision
"For all have sinned and have fallen
short of the glory of God."..Rom. 3:23
The most important decision each
of us must make during our life
is whether or not to accept Jesus
as our Lord and Savior.
Christ said, "You
will surely die in your sins unless you
come to believe that -"-Jn
8:23-24
Being saved is not something that
just happens.
You are not saved because your
parents are saved,
or because you think in your heart
that you are an ok man.
You must make a deliberate decision
to be saved.

What does it mean to be saved?
Being saved means accepting what
Jesus Christ
has done for us
as individuals,
and asking Him to become our Savior.
This means believing Jesus was
the Son of God and
that
He died on the cross as a sacrifice
to pay the
price for our sins.
"I am the Way the Truth and The
Life.
No one can come to the Father except
through Me." John 14:6

Why do I need to be saved?
Each person that has ever lived,
with the exception of Jesus,
needs to be saved because each
of us have sinned.
We sin any time we do something
God has told us not to do,
or any time we do not do something
He has told us to do.
Because God is holy He cannot be
around people who have sinned
and done wrong things. There is
a punishment for sinning
and that is, being separated from
God forever.
But, God still loves
you .
So, He sent His only son to take
your punishment for you.
But, you have to believe Jesus
did this for you and accept it
as a free gift in order to be saved.
If you get saved, the Bible tells us
that you will not only become God's
friend but that
He will adopt you and make you
one of His children.

You must decide you would rather
have God in your life than sin (Acts 3:19; John 1:12)
You must pray and ask Jesus to
forgive you of your sins and save you (Rom 10:13)
